.com + .ai + .health all available (the hard filter — all three TLDs free)How I checked: on June 21 I looked up every domain below at the registry level (RDAP, not just a DNS ping), and all of them have .com, .ai, and .health free. Trademarks I only spot-checked — USPTO plus a quick search for anything live in health, medical, or software — so treat that as a heads-up, not a green light; we'd run it past a lawyer before committing. The earlier coined .ai picks (encounta, plenote, cadenta, presea, afterless, and the rest) are out: their .coms are already taken. These survived because they're plain words or two-word combos.
A second sweep of 60 brand-new candidates — coined single words, evocative real words and two-word semantic combos — each scored on a fixed rubric and ranked. Every criterion is 1–5; the weighted total is the sum of (score × weight), and a domain trifecta bonus of +1 is added for each of .com / .ai / .health that is actually free. Max possible = 58 (55 base + 3 trifecta).

The 22 with a free .com I then checked for .ai and .health too — and every one of those 22 had the whole set free. If a name's .com was already gone I didn't bother with the rest (a taken .com knocks it out as a clean pick anyway), so those just show —. Trademarks are a quick eyeball on the top names, not a real clearance — we'd still need a lawyer. A “TM caution” just means it's a real word or an existing brand worth a second look before we get attached.
